3pitt Terms & Conditions

By accessing the 3pitt website at 3pitt.org, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming or betting activity offered through the 3pitt platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the 3pitt platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 3pitt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior individual notice to you, though material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform.

To register and maintain an account on 3pitt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 3pitt strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. CNIC-based age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is prohibited by law, and you must comply with any applicable local laws regarding your use of the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 3pitt, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous 3pitt account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 3pitt.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 3pitt platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the payment methods, devices, or personal details used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 3pitt Login username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activities, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals carried out through your account, whether or not you personally authorised each transaction.
• Ensuring that no third party, including family members and friends, has access to your account credentials.
• Notifying 3pitt immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3pitt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations described above. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered players from within the account dashboard.

All financial transactions on the 3pitt platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3pitt supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction, subject to periodic review.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per request, subject to periodic review.
• Withdrawal processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer and USDT withdrawals may take longer depending on the payment provider.
• Verification requirement: Full identity and payment method verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This includes submission of a valid CNIC and confirmation that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder.
• Source of funds: 3pitt reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds as part of our anti-money laundering obligations under our international gaming license.

3pitt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3pitt bears no responsibility.

3pitt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or bonus-abusive activity. In such cases, the affected player will be notified via their registered email address.

3pitt offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the 3pitt platform contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type will be disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated time window will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotions through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other form of manipulation will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

3pitt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. All promotional decisions made by 3pitt are final.

All bets placed and games played on the 3pitt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the relevant product rules. General principles that apply across all 3pitt products include the following:

• Bet confirmation: A bet or game round is not valid until it has been confirmed by the 3pitt system and a transaction reference has been generated. Bets placed during a system outage or connectivity failure may be void.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market interface.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price or payout being offered or paid, 3pitt reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. Any resulting adjustment to your balance will be communicated to you.
• Suspicious activity: 3pitt monitors all betting activity for signs of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other irregular patterns. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may have withdrawals delayed pending investigation.
• Cricket and PSL betting: All cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or shortened matches are settled according to the rules stated for each specific market.

All casino games on the 3pitt platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for statistical fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect independently verified game performance data.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3pitt platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any other activity that violates anti-money laundering regulations applicable under our international gaming license.
• Facilitating, encouraging, or assisting another person in committing any of the acts listed above.
• Using the platform in connection with any criminal activity or in a manner that brings 3pitt into disrepute.

All content available on the 3pitt platform — including but not limited to the 3pitt brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 3pitt or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3pitt platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any 3pitt content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 3pitt software.
• Use the 3pitt brand or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 3pitt intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pitt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 3pitt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3pitt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from 3pitt's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

3pitt collects, stores, and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on 3pitt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. 3pitt does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All personal data held by 3pitt is protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records under our licensing and anti-money laundering requirements.

3pitt may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, in the event that:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 3pitt is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• 3pitt reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our dormant account policy.

Upon termination, any genuine real-money balance in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and after resolution of any pending investigations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3pitt holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
